Terms of Service

1. What you're agreeing to

By using SignSheet (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by NG Company.

These Terms cover the pilot phase (May 2026 onwards). When SignSheet exits pilot, we will publish updated Terms with at least 30 days' notice to active users.

2. The pilot

The current Service is in pilot status. That means:

• We provide the Service "as available," with best-effort uptime (target 99% / month)
• We may update or restart things during the pilot, sometimes on short notice
• There is no fee during the pilot. Pricing for the post-pilot Service will be communicated before any charges begin
• Either party may end the pilot at any time, for any reason, without liability, by writing to the other party

3. Your account

• You are responsible for everyone you invite into your company on the Service
• You are responsible for keeping your secure-link sign-in emails confidential
• You will tell us promptly if you suspect anyone has accessed your account who shouldn't have

4. Acceptable use

You will use the Service only for legitimate timesheet processing for your own company. You will not:

• Upload data you do not have the right to process (employee data without consent, photos that contain identification documents, sensitive medical information, etc.)
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to break or probe it, or use it to attack any other system
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data beyond what the Service itself provides
• Resell access to the Service without our written agreement

5. Your data

• You own your data. Photos you upload, extracted timesheets, exports — yours.
• We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to operate the Service.
• You can export your data from the Service in CSV/XLSX format any time.
• On account deletion we delete your data within 7 business days, except for what we must retain by law (audit log entries up to 12 months).

6. Our service

• We will keep the Service operational on a best-effort basis with a target of 99% monthly uptime
• We will notify you of incidents that affect your data via in-app banner and the public status page
• For data breaches involving your data, we will notify within 72 hours of detection

7. Intellectual property

• The Service (code, design, name "SignSheet") belongs to NG Company
• Your data belongs to you
• Feedback you give us about the Service may be used by us to improve it, without payment or attribution

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as-is. NG Company's total liability under these Terms for any reason whatsoever is limited to CAD $100 or the fees you have paid in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. During the pilot the fees are zero, so the cap is $100.

This limit doesn't apply where the law doesn't allow it (gross negligence, fraud, death/personal injury caused by us).

9. Indemnity

You'll indemnify us against losses caused by your misuse of the Service (uploading data you didn't have the right to, etc.).

10. Termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time
• We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms (we'll give you a chance to fix things first, except for security or regulatory issues)
• On termination, sections 5, 7, 8, and 9 survive

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get 30 days' notice via in-app banner and email.
